I made this video back when I was collecting Mattel WWE Wrestling action figures. At the time I was also trying to get as many Jakks Pacific playsets and as much graple gear as I could get my hands on as well!

Some of Lance Russell's greatest moments

Lance Russell along with Dave Brown were the announcers on Championship Wrestling in Memphis, TN. With a career spanning more than fifty years, Russell was arguably one of the most recognizable voices in professional wrestling.

He first began announcing matches at WHBQ channel 13 before heading up the long-running Saturday morning wrestling program on WMC channel 5 with Dave in 1977.

RIP Lance Russell

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Memphis wrestling legend Lance Russell died Tuesday morning at the age of 91.

Russell was a wrestling announcer in Memphis for decades, calling matches alongside Dave Brown at WMC Action News 5.

Heaven needed another commentator for all those dream matches up there...

Nia Jax

I have to admit that I dig Nia Jax... a lot! Right now she is hands down my favorite of all the current women wrestlers on the WWE roster. Currently she is being presented as a monster heel, but that just makes me cheer her on more and hope that one day she becomes the Womens Champion. Last night at the Royal Rumble she defeated Sasha Banks. While Sasha is great wrestler, her "legit boss" gimmick is getting a bit tiring.
