Sparklight, We Need to Talk | Less Than 1 Mbps Upload

For weeks I've been experiencing extremely poor upload speeds on my @SparklightInternet internet service. This video isn't edited or exaggerated. It's simply a speed test showing what I'm dealing with while trying to upload YouTube videos and livestream. When your upload speed drops below 1 Mbps, creating content becomes nearly impossible.
